Gabrielle Allen, chapter President
Gabrielle Allen is the current Beta Psi Chapter President. She attends the University of Oregon, majoring in Sociology and minoring in Spanish. Upon graduation, Gabrielle hopes to attain her Masters in Business and Education, so she may open a day care center for low income African American families. The center will focus on improving child development and closing education gaps within her community at an affordable price. Her commitment to education and her community is what motivates her and drives her towards success. Gabrielle also serves the Chapter as Chaplin, Secretary, and Sergeant at Arms.
De’Junique Brown, Vice President
De’Junique Brown is the current Beta Psi Chapter Vice President. She attends Portland State University, majoring in Biochemistry and Public Health. Upon graduation, De’Junique hopes to attain dual MD and PhD degrees in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Maternal Fetal Development. Her career focus will be on women’s health and engaging in research that will address the health disparities between African Americans and their white counterparts and work in public health policy. Committed to improving health in her community, De’Junique’s favorite past time is running her health & wellness blog. De’Junique also serves the chapter as Treasurer and Corresponding Secretary; she also serves Delta Sigma Theta’s Farwest region as the Oregon State facilitator.

During the 2017-2018 Beta Psi Sorority year, pictured left to right, Capreece Kelsaw served the chapter as Secretary , De’Junique Brown served the chapter as Vice President and Delta Sigma Theta’s Farwest region as the Oregon State Facilitator, Samantha Berguin served the Chapter as both the Chaplin and Financial Secretary, Jaria Martin served Delta Sigma Theta as the National 2nd Vice president and the chapter as Corresponding Secretary, Sequoia Buchanan served the chapter as Treasurer, and Gabrielle Allen served the chapter as President.
